• Please fill out this form with your family’s specific needs.

• Subject to availability, we will email to you an “offer” for your party and a personal link to the registration forms.

• To accept the offer and confirm your reservation, please register within 48 hours using the unique registration link that will be emailed with your “offer”.

Acceptance of offer and confirmation of your reservation includes a secure payment page for a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person.  
(The deposit is payable by credit card, balance of the payment is payable by check only.)

• The link expires after 48 hours (excluding Shabbat).

FYI – Passport Validity
The Consulate of Israel requires that anyone traveling to Israel must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Israel.
